Kristin is a dynamic leader and problem solver with expertise in community development, education, and business technology.
As the founder and executive director of Community Nexus and Foundational Framework, she excels in development, project management, and quality assurance. With a BS in International Relations and an MS in Computer Science, Kristin's diverse skills span software auditing, automation, programming, project management, digital marketing, and curriculum development.
She has a strong focus on effective change management and advocates for conscious and humanistic leadership practices to drive successful change initiatives.
Carlo Zelaya-Boquin
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Carlo is a long time Fortune 500 Business Manager/Internal Product Manager and entrepreneur.
He has 30 years of experience as a successful coach and effective team leader. As a coach, he has guided clients to become millionaires, franchise owners, and transform from exceptional employees to engaging entrepreneurs.
Carlo also chairs the Development Committee for Community Nexus, a 501c3 organization in the New York City area. As Chair, he leads a team of volunteers to purchase and develop a property for a sustainable community with baked in programs to support the functioning of people with special needs within the community.
Priti Saldanha

Priti is an executive leader and visionary builder with a unique background at the intersection of high-performance support and transformational coaching.
With a background in language teaching, business systems, and executive coaching. Through live meditative strategy sessions, curated growth labs, and purpose-driven leadership offerings, she is building a platform that supports change-makers, founders, and creators in executing their highest vision with grounded purpose.
Whether managing complex transactions, creating scalable systems, or holding space for breakthrough transformation, Priti’s work is rooted in service, alignment, and forward momentum.
