Kristin is a community builder and tech-savvy problem solver who helps people and organizations turn big ideas into real-world impact. She’s the founder of Community Nexus and Foundational Framework, where she leads programs that connect workforce development, leadership, and technology.

Named a Hudson Valley 40 Under 40 honoree, Kristin brings together business, technology, and human-centered leadership to help teams grow, adapt, and thrive in a changing world.

Kristin holds a BS in International Relations and an MS in Computer Science. She is also a certified yoga teacher through Sivananda International and has maintained a dedicated meditation practice for over 15 years, bringing mindfulness and well-being into her leadership and work with organizations and communities.Ā

CHIEF PROGRAM OFFICER

Priti is a data-driven executive and contemplative leader who bridges business intelligence with meditative practice. With expertise in predictive analytics, performance optimization, and mindful leadership development, she brings a distinctive approach that combines data storytelling with contemplative awareness. Through analytics workshops, leadership intensives, and meditation retreats, she helps organizations make conscious, data-informed decisions aligned with both performance goals and core values.

Her methodology blends advanced analytics with wisdom-based leadership practices, helping executives and teams cultivate analytical rigor alongside inner clarity. Whether developing KPI frameworks, building predictive models, or facilitating mindfulness programs for leadership teams, Priti’s work focuses on connecting measurable results with mindful presence. Specializing in revenue forecasting, customer behavior analytics, and contemplative leadership, she supports sustainable transformation by helping leaders navigate complexity with both precision and presence.
